The FoundersPastor Joseph and Tryphosa Sekate met Pastor Bill and Jennifer Thomas in 2015. The year of 2016 marked the dawning of a new era for many little hearts to be educated and cared for as Kingdom Kids. Our Kingdom Kids receive two meals daily, a wholesome education, and opportunities to change their future.

Since 2016, the child sponsorship program has helped with not only practical needs but has brought hope to an entire community. Capstone started with two mud huts and four classrooms on a small plot of land. Capstone is now on 7 acres with 3 large permanent buildings housing twelve classrooms giving the kids a lot of room to learn and play. With a newly drilled fresh water well and more plans for development. The future of Capstone will accommodate 600 children, Kingdom Kid Housing (orphanage), a vocational school and farming operation that will provide economic stability. We are so thankful that we can all be part of doing good in the world! |
2022 UpdatesIn the last 7 years, Capstone Primary School has flourished. The on ground improvements and education program that has been made has been noticed. The Department of Education of Uganda is beginning to use Capstone as a model of primary schools. Apart from this large impact, having 12 new classrooms, large gardens, and teachers who are invested in children will change the next generation forever.
